The kitchen
The gourmet kitchen displays oak cabinets in two tones, a darker wood color for the perimeter and a lighter tone for the island. The modern stainless steel appliances and the sleek hood contribute to the contemporary look and interact with the brass cabinet handles and the brass faucet, achieving a perfect mix of metals.
The magnificent island natural stone waterfall is enhanced by the frontal view of the custom made marble mosaic backsplash that presents geometrical shapes. The modern square can lights and the tongue and groove ceiling are the perfect canvas for the island pendants, which have been carefully selected with a round shape and brass and black colors to amalgamate the composition.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the pantry was transformed into the wine cellar. The cellar's walls were cladded with natural cork, and glass walls provided a beautiful display, achieving a modern but atemporal look to host the most memorable moments.
the family room
The exuberance of the nature and the warmth of Florida enter through the windows of this water front house to meet a variety of textures and sophisticated modern materials that create a perfect symphony.
The living and dining areas are connected by a see through vent free gas fireplace. The warmth of the fire and the clean lines and roundness of the Italian sectional, are a perfect transition between this area and the kitchen.
In the dinning area, the silver glass chandelier speaks with the custom made exotic wood dining table and interacts with the sophisticated bar. The bar cabinet is made out of crocodile like material and the backsplash is a metallic mesh. The countertop is natural stone with a slightly pink undertone.
the stairs
Definitely one of the stars of the house is the stair. We removed the walls around the stairs and created free floating steps with glass walls. As soon as you enter the house, you can see the water view.
The foyer is decked out with a pair of outstanding and modern semi recess chandeliers.
To create and extravagant and luxurious powder bath we selected a metallic silver porcelain backsplash that frames an outstanding Italian porcelain silver vessel sink, and a super modern faucet on top of a custom made cabinet. The light fixture adds to the whimsical effect. Some customer's friends have referred to this as the champagne bucket with flying ice cubes.

The bamboo wall cladding and the custom made barn doors in the master bedroom are exquisite elements of this elegant design. The shape of the light fixtures contributes with simplicity to the ensemble.
