Project description

Emerald crispy Gulf of Mexico seawater, bright gold sun, blue clear sky, silver luminous moon, white cotton clouds were the perfect inspiration to create the customer’s own personal paradise.

The discrete glamour of the fine 19th century chandelier juxtaposed with exposed wood beams, and the immense stone fireplace were enhanced with the luxurious Brunschwig & Fils silk curtains. The dinning room, formal without being sassy, incorporates harmonious collection of 19th century original handmade prints depicting reconstruction of old European monuments.

The soft leather creamy sofa pairs effortless with the original art collection. A collection personally curated by the home owners that took many years to put together that filled the room with culture and soul. Additional layers were added with Turkish kilim rugs to achieve striking sophisticated balance.

For the outdoors we built several square feet of covered outdoor living, suitable for family enjoyment and friend’s entertainment. We selected long lasting and low maintenance materials that can stand up to wind, rain, salt and sun in coastal areas.

To achieve the rich look of a wood deck we selected tahoe ocre wood tiles that not only are durable, easy to maintain and clean, but also are environmental friendly.

We took advantage of the view to make daily eating al fesco feel like a gateway in their own backyard. The open dinning area was designed to comfortable seat up to 10 people.

We selected “happy orange” for the pillows and plant pots. This stunning hue is part of the color spectrum in Clearwater beautiful sunsets. When the sun heads for the horizon a perfect symbiosis brings the sun’s energy into this family retreat.

For the master suite, we created an elegant and chic heaven with a sense of style that is conductive to rest and relaxation.

We selected a specific color combination to create the perfect ambiance for this room. We mixed the quietness of a soothing neutral pallet with the sophistication and elegance of silver. We added drops of blue, which is considered beneficial to the mind and body. It slows human metabolism and produces a calming effect. We incorporated green, the color of life, renewal, nature, and energy.

Natural silk glimmer curtains, wave reflecting silver wall paper, a hand woven silk and wool rug from India, an original oil painting acquired in Paris 40 year ago, two elegant designer reupholstered chairs, were elements that spoke by themselves in this classic contemporary master bedroom.

The sitting room invites you to linger and enjoy the breathtaking vista of the Golf of Mexico. Sinking into the sofa allows you carve out restorative moments, to unwind, unplug and recharge.
